About the author
Phil Allcock has 30 years’ experience of enabling people to perform more effectively, in various ways, by influencing the choices they make. During that time Phil has been both a professional practitioner and a business owner. His clients range from small professional practices to large multi-nationals, operating primarily in the UK but also in Europe, the USA and China.
Phil has extensive experience of running learning and development workshops on subjects including leadership, project management, performance management, coaching, innovation and other management related themes, as well as the facilitation of organisational change and the coaching of individuals.
As well as 30 years of practical experience as a learning and development professional, Phil has supported his career progression through academic study. His first degree is in Education, his MSc is in Management and organisational development and his PhD focused on behavioural decision making and how to influence it.
