About the author
In 20 years of working within the private sector Gwyn has a proven ability at coaching Executives on organisational effectiveness and leading change. Gwyn is a founding Director of ethos consulting, a guest lecturer for the Graduate School, Roosevelt University, Chicago and has collaborated with Henley Management School to develop in-house MBA programmes.
Gwyn has an Honours Degree in Business Studies and a Diploma in CIM, he is a qualified NLP and Timeline practitioner and is passionate about understanding how to help people and organisations reach peak performance.
Bruce Milroy and Gwyn, founding Directors of ethos consulting, spend time participating in adventure challenges to raise money for good causes. In 2007, Bruce and Gwyn (along with friends and colleagues) raised £33,000 for SCOPE by white water rafting down the Zambezi River on an epic 7-day ‘Zambezi Blast!’
