When you want to make a change, there is one key factor that determines whether you do what it takes to make the change stick.
You need to use ‘why’ power rather than ‘will’ power.
When the ‘why’ is big enough and clear enough, you will WANT to do what it takes.
Think of a change you want to make.
How big and clear is the ‘why’?
Chances are it is not big enough, or you would already be changing.
So what do you need to do, or who do you need to talk to, to get a bigger ‘why’?
My best wishes, Paul
