Please accept our apologies if you have been unable to access the Alchemy Learning Pathway or the Alchemy Performance Assistant over the last day or so. Along with many others all over the world, our online tools have had their HTTPS certificates incorrectly revoked. This meant that for a number of our customers their browsers no longer trusted our websites and refused access them.

GlobalSign have produced a new intermediate certificate which should solve the problem, although apparently some users may still have problems for a few days if the wrong information is in the cache on their system. It will clear.
