You may have heard the saying… “If you are sick, you have one wish. If you are healthy, you have many.”
How does this apply to your team?
If your team is not ‘healthy’ in some way, it will only be able to focus on what’s going wrong. This leads to blame, moaning about circumstances, and demotivation.
Too many times, I have seen managers try and motivate their team on some new project, and fail, because the team is not ready, it is not ‘healthy’.

If not, what needs to be done?
To help you, here are some tips on effective ways to run a team meeting.
My best wishes, Paul
