You do what you do, because of how you think about where you are.
How you think depends on your beliefs, and how you filter what you observe through those beliefs.
If you want to change what you do, and therefore what you get, you need to question your beliefs.
Questions are the answer.
And you will need tough and challenging questions to shift the beliefs that are anchoring your tough and challenging issues.
