Then there are those people who love to plan but fail to execute, and a plan only comes to life and delivers its reward when executed.

Execution does not mean just starting, it means taking responsibility for seeing it through, for making sure the planned outcome is on spec, on budget and on time.

Execution involves getting people to deliver on the plan.

Think of a project you are planning at the moment. Who do you need to manage to get it executed?

Make a list and decide for each person how you will need to handle the relationship.
