This Monday tip is not from me. It was sent to me by Amanda Bowles in response to my last tip which is here
Amanda sent me her approach to problems, or what she describes as ‘situations’.
Fixable and really easy – fix it.
Fixable and difficult and important – dig your teeth in and shake it.
Fixable and difficult but not important – leave it.
Not fixable – walk away and don’t worry about it unless it becomes important.
Fixable and important but not *seen* as important by seniors…? Fix it, feel good, and keep your head down 🙂
I like it!
What problem/situations do you have on your to-do list at the moment?
Apply Amanda’s approach and then what happens to the list?
My best wishes, Paul
