Paul Matthews is very happy to have been invited to speak at the NZATD Conference in Auckland on 16 & 17 May with the theme “Maximising business impact”.

The sub-themes maximising learning impact, measuring business impact and technology’s impact on learning will all be touched on in his Keynote “Learning transfer from classroom to workplace”.

And if Learning Transfer is high on your agenda, Paul is also running an all day workshop on 18th May “Learning Transfer: The nuts and bolts from end to end”.  Learning is a process, so we have to build learning programmes, not just learning events. This workshop will cover the ways you can build learning transfer into a learning programme so it is effective in achieving the results you want. The workshop will be ‘hands on’, so bring a programme to work on as we go through and discuss the steps in detail.

Both the keynote and the workshop have been developed from Paul’s upcoming book “Learning Transfer at Work”.
