We need a fair balance of the pros and cons to weigh up any idea.

Besides, I quite like this quote from Herm Albright…

“A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort”

Think of a change you are contemplating. Draw up a pros and cons list.
