What is wisdom?
“Wisdom consists of the anticipation of consequences.” Norman Cousins
The ability to anticipate consequences comes from experience (yours, or observation of someone else’s) AND reflection on that experience.
You could say that reflection is the route to wisdom.
How much reflection do you do?
How can you include more reflection in your life, so you can increase your ‘wisdom’?
You could take a few minutes at the end of the day to reflect on the day.
What questions can you ask yourself to make that reflection meaningful?
Here is a way to make your reflection even more powerful.
My best wishes, Paul
