It reminded me that we fall into patterns of behaviour which we don’t update as our life and opportunities around us change.
Often, those patterns serve us well, but we should test them from time to time to ensure they are still fit for purpose.
What pattern do you run that you can test?
For example, what is one thing that you do differently to other people?
Try changing your pattern, just to experiment.
Whatever change you make will probably feel uncomfortable, like crossing your arms the other way, but notice more than just the discomfort.
Notice the results.
By the way, for me, the jury is still out on organic wine. I will have to drink some more 🙂
