Dont rain on my paradeI have been working on an idea the past few weeks, and got to the point where I started talking about it.

Some people just ‘rained on my parade’ and often without really listening or seeking to understand the idea and its potential.

Others encouraged me and offered questions and suggestions, some helpful, some not, but all from a place of generosity and positive thinking.

Who do you think I prefer to discuss my ideas with?

When other people open up to you with their ideas and plans, do you rain on their parade, or do you encourage them?

Even more importantly, do you rain on your own parade?

Have a look at this link for a quick little exercise that is well worth doing to help you with your parade.

My best wishes, Paul
