proud as a peacockSo many people sent me lovely messages following last week’s blog about my two anniversaries.

Thank you!

Several people said I must be/should be proud of such an achievement.

Yes, I feel good about it, but proud? That got me thinking.

Would I be worth any less if I had not reached those milestones?

Does my value in the grand scheme of things change as a result of what I have achieved?

Does yours?

Do we all have an equivalent intrinsic value while alongside that, some of us do some things, and some of us do other things?

Or does what we do and achieve either increase or diminish our value?

Depending on your answer to those questions, how should we treat others?

And how would we want them to treat us?

I think I need another glass of something before contemplating that much further 🙂

My best wishes, Paul
